Photoshop Tutorial : How To Make a Water BackGround Effect yourself

Hey Guys

To day im gonna show you how to make a " Water Effect Background " .
Well here is the final Result :

As always here are the Steps :

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 Step 1

You will have to make a new image .
with any dimensions but remember to make the width larger than the height.
you may fill it with any color you like or maybe a gradient
       i went with that .

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 Step 2 :
Now we need some water splashes to work with
and that you will find it here

I made a selection around some points to work with.
Press V or choose the Move Tool and drag the selection to the image and change its
      dimensions as you like

then change its blending mode to " Luminosity " .
As you can see it changed to the background colors
       as needed.

well there are many water splashes to work with which means so many ideas so here im
       Just showing you
How to select and drag & drop And how to make the water similar to the background.
So Im gonna skip all this and work with this photo.

Now we are done with step 2

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 Step 3 :

Now I wanna make water drops around the photo So I found that Pic as an example .
What Im gonna do is the same as above select some Drops then move it to the original
      photo.
and change its blend to Luminosity.

But as you can see it came with a background that I dont need
To eliminate it you choose Magic Wand Tool or press W then hover around that
           unneeded background
and press to select it then delete it
After that duplicate it like 3 times

Now move all the duplicated layers around the photo
then choose 1 of them CTRL+T then right click , choose Wrap
make the dimensions looks like that to make aform of an explosion.

Here im gonna change the layer and work with another one
I hided all the layers so as to make it easy to work with
and that is the layer I recently added.

Now show all the layers and it will look like that

 Done with Step 3

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 Step 4 :

Now Im gonna add abackground to make it looks better
so here I choosed a set of pics like below
I made it like that after changing blend mode to Luminosity as before and reducing its
      fill to 40 %

Now remember the first 3 layers , yeah ! , well Merge them
here I have put them in a group earlier
After that Duplicate it 2 more times
here :          -  Layer 3 copy 2 is the new merged layer
                     -  The others are the 2 more duplicated layers

         got it !!

Now we need to blur it somehow
So From   Filter >> Blur >> Shape Blur.
you may want to make the values as you like , that doesn't matter.
And it will be like that
Now do the same for a second layer , and remember to keep the third layer as it is .
And also you will increase the layers dimensions by the free transform tool
here that is not nessecary but it adds a better effect .

After you do that  select the two layers, And Merge them Just so as to make it easy to
  work .
and reduce the number of layers in the PSD file .
Now we are done with the two layers that will form the background effect
      which was Step 4 .

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 Step 5 :

Now duplicate the other layer which was "  Layer 3 copy 2 " .
  then make a blured shape
From   Filter >> Blur >> Shape Blur
         Like before exactly ok ?!

After that We are almost done here
     just one more single step
Now . remember the first layer that i choosed !!
  Yeah !! well select them

Then merge them after that you will need to make the copy layer under the original
   one
         then blur it again
Filter >> Blur >> Shape Blur
       like before

maybe you wanna add some effect.
well garb it and drop it in the project then change the blend mode to Luminosity
        decrease fill to 40 %

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
